 ITINERARY:

Day 01: Saigon Arrival

Today, the Vietnam Gourmet package tour 12 days will be started by picking up at the airport to hotel for checking in. Free at leisure in city and overnight in Saigon.
Services included: Transport  and hotel.

Day 02: Saigon Cooking – City tour (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) – Joined cooking

Today, we will enjoy the morning cooking lesson at the Vietnam Cookery Center: the hands-on cooking course is conducted by a professional chef and translated by a MC who will explain the teaching of the chef and talk about the history and culture of Vietnamese cuisine. The lesson includes a market visit and lunch. Afternoon excursion for a visit some of the moss famous sites in city such as: Reunification Palace, formally known as the Presidential Office, then the Museum of Vietnamese History, Notre Dame Cathedral, War Museum. Dinner and night in Saigon.

Day 03: Saigon – Cai Be Floating Market – Vinh Long – Mekong Delta (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Today, we will departure for Cai Be. On arrival, enjoy a boat trip for an exploration of lush vegetation of Mekong Delta and the lively floating market buyers bargaining. Next a rowing boat rides on the maze of shady canals to arrive at a local orchard to enjoy the local tropical fruits and visit the daily activities the handicraft villages of local people. Break time for lunch at the orchard fruit garden. From here have a pleasant time for sightseeing or relaxing on the hammock before continuing to Vinh Long city for a land market. Finally, return Saigon. Dinner and night in Saigon.

Day 04: Saigon – Danang – Hoian (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Today, after the breakfast, we will taking the flight to Danang, Pick up to city for a visit of Champ Museum with a big statue collection. Next, we will continue to visit Marble Mountain for a view of stalactite and stalagmite figure. After that, enjoy a driving along the china coastline to Hoian town for check in. Dinner and night in Hoian.

Day 05: Hoian Cooking – Walking tour (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) – Joined cooking

Today, we start the day (8.15am) with a welcome drink at Hai Cafe – our meeting point. Visit Hoi An’s colourful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about all the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy. On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – the Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, we sit down and eat what we have cooked. Bring your swimsuit and after the cooking tour has finished relax and enjoy free use of our new 20 metre swimming pool. In the afternoon, we will enjoy a walking tour for a visit the most famous sites in city with with 400 years old Japanese Bridge, 300 years old Chinese temple, 200 years old Vietnamese former merchants’ house. Dinner and night in Hoi An.

Day 06: Hoian – Hue Boat trip along Perfume River (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Today, we will be free before start driving to Hue. With a stop at hai Van Pass for the ocean view and Lang Co beautiful beach . On arrival, check in and enjoy lunch time. In the afternoon, take a cyclo trip for an hour around the city before getting on a boat trip cruising along the Perfume River with a visit Thien Mu Pagoda and Minh mang King tomb. Finally, stop at Dong Ba market for leisure. Dinner and night in Hue.

Day 07: Hue Cooking Class – Hue Citadel – Hanoi (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) – Joined cooking

Today, we will enjoy a morning cooking class in Hue for a culinary cues from its royal heritage. we follow Mrs. Cuc, the owner of Y Thao Garren House to Dong Ba central market, where she gives an instruction on how to choose food for our cooking lesson at 9:30 a.m. at Y Thao Garden House. Lunch is the food we prepare. In the afternoon, spend for a visit Hue citadel with the famous Royal architecture and construction such as: Flag Tower, Ngo Mon gate, Nine Urns, Thai Hoa and Forbidden Palace. Finally drive to the airport for the flight to Hanoi. Pick up to city for check in and night in Hanoi.

Day 08: Hanoi Full day City (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Today, after the breakfast at your hotel, your guide and driver will come to pick up at hotel, then start driving along Hanoi Old Quarter to visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum. Enjoy the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho’s final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts. Lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda, founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. Continue to visit the Quan Thanh Temple (Taoist, dating from the Ly Dynasty) and Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda on West Lake (One of the oldest in Vietnam ). Next, we will enjoy lunch time at a restaurant before continue to visit the Ethnology Museum, and then head to the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam. Vietnam’s first university constructed in 1070, it’s gardens and well-preserved architecture offers a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Finally, back Ngoc Son Temple for enjoying the Hoan Kiem Lake with overview. Dinner and night in Hanoi.

Day 09: Hanoi – Halong Bay (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner ) – Joined onboard

Today, after the breakfast at hotel, we will depart for Halong Bay in an air-conditioned shuttle bus from 8:00 – 8:30am.
Arrive in Halong around 12:30pm. The crew welcomes you on board the Junk. Enjoy welcome drink, check-in to your cabin. Lunch with fresh seafood is served at 1:30pm. Starting cruise into mystic Halong Bay to see the amazing karts with different formations: Incense Burner, Finger Islet, Fighting Cock, Stone Dog. Stop in floating fishing village – Van Gia village with its unique way of life for kayaking under trolling around the cave. Then head to the island for swimming, sun bathing, kayaking through Bright and Dark Caves. There will be traditional games available for evening entertainment. Dinner and overnight on junk.

Day 10: Halong – Hanoi (Breakfast, Lunch) – Joined onboard

Enjoy sunrise in the bay with a cup of tea or coffee with light breakfast. Sitting on the upper deck, you can relax while taking in the breath-taking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the crystal-clear water of the bay. After breakfast take 1 hour walking around one of the biggest and most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. Amazing Cave, Titop Island (if time available) Check out from 10:00 to 10:30. Cruising back to the jetty while brunch is served from 10:30 to 11:30. We continue cruising through the bay, along the way seeing more of the fascinating formations. Board arrives at harbor by 12:00 for the drive back to Hanoi for check in. Night in Hanoi.

Day 11: Hanoi Cooking tour (Breakfast, Lunch) – Joined cooking

Today, we will enjoy a half day for cooking tour. With a leading of speaking English chef going to local market for buying the ingredient. After that, back cooking class and start making your cuisine. Enjoy Lunch time and finish at about 13h00. in the afternoon, free at leisure around for shopping or relax. Night in Hanoi.

Day 12: Hanoi – Departure (Breakfast)

Today, we will be free at leisure before taking the departure flight. End the Vietnam Gourmet package tour 12 days.
