ITINERARY:

Day 1: Ha Noi – Tour to Thai Nguyen – Ba Be National Park (Lunch, Dinner) (260km)

Today, the Ba Be and Ban Gioc Adventure tour will be started by picking up the Ba Be and ban Gioc waterfall adventure tour. With over 6 hours driving along up to the North of Vietnam for a discover the countryside’s landscapes among the Red river delta, the real lives, custom and tradition of the remote ethnic minorities. With a stop at Thai Nguyen for a visit of the Museum of the Cultures of Viet Nam’s Ethnic Groups. On arrival, we will start climbing into the mountainous area of Ba Be National Park. Take a short boat trip (30 minutes) to a Tay village for dinner and home stay in a local house.

Day 02: Ba Be Trekking – Tour to Cao Bang (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)(120km)

Today, after the breakfast, we will enjoy the beauty of scenery around the rugged limestone mountains, is Viet Nam’s only natural mountain lake. After that, start a trek to Dau Dang Waterfall before heading north through the mountains to the city of Cao Bang. Overnight in a hotel.

Day 03: Cao Bang – Ban Gioc Waterfall (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Today, after the breakfast at hotel, we will drive to the north of Cao Bang for a tour to Ban Gioc Waterfall, which is located on the Chinese border for a picnic lunch. Time for enjoying the unique landscape includes limestone karts formations soaring from the verdant rice paddies of Tay, H’Mong and Dzao ethnic minority groups. On the way back to Cao Bang, explore the expansive 2,144 meter Nguom Ngao Cavern to discover its brilliant stalactites. Free at leisure and night in Cao Bang.

Day 04: Cao Bang – Lang Son – Ha Noi (Breakfast, Lunch)

Today, we will be free time around to enjoy the fresh morning atmosphere, enjoy a climb up jill to the War Memorial for a great panoramic view. Start driving back Hanoi with a stop time in Lang Son – the Vietnam and Chinese border. Spend for visiting the beautiful caves and the ruins of the Mac Dynasty Citadel, Tam Thanh Cave contains a pond and offers great views of the surrounding farmlands. Nhi Thanh Cave, formed by the river that flows through it, has poems carved into the entrance by the man who discovered the cave in the 18th century. Finally driving back Hanoi and end the adventure tour at your hotel.
