ITINERARY:

Day 01:  Luang Prabang Arrival

Today, the Luang Prabang and Hanoi package tour 8 days will be started by picking up at the airport to the hotel for checking in (Check in time is at noon!), and then head off on bicycles to see some of the highlights of Luang Prabang including a visit to the Royal Palace Museum, which hosts a range of interesting artifacts from the Royal period in Luang Prabang. Cycling on, we are seeing the city’s oldest temples, the magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its roof sweeping low to the ground, representing classical Lao architecture, the impressive stupa of WatVisoun and the shrine of WatAham. Day 02: Luang Prabang – KuangSii Waterfall – Pak Ou Caves (Breakfast)

Today, we will drive to visit KuangSii Waterfall (stopping along the way to visit the morning Phousi Market, this where all locals of Luang Prabang come to do their daily shopping). On arrival, take an opportunity to cool off with a refreshing swim in the topaz pools below the falls, walk along the forest trails and visit the Bear Sanctuary. You will also enjoy apicnic lunch below the falls.
Upon return to Luang Prabang we board our private boat for a pleasant and scenic cruise up on the Mekong River to the mysterious Pak Ou Caves. These caves are an ancient pilgrimage site and contain thousands of gold lacquered Buddha images left there over hundreds of years.
Returning to Luang Prabang we disembark our boat and have the option of taking a short drive to Ban Phanom, a village famous for its hand weaving. Overnight in Luang Prabang

Day 3: Luang Prabang – Living Land Farm (Breakfast)

Today, we will visit the Living Land Farm, a working community farm approximately 5km outside the town. There you will learn all about the rice growing process and have an opportunity to participate in seasonal farm activities such as identifying viable rice seeds, ploughing with a buffalo, hand planting, weeding and harvesting rice and threshing rice seed. You may be picking vegetables form the organic garden or catching fish to cook for your all natural, organic lunch where there will be a variety of local rice products for you to sample. Finally, return for overnight in Luang Prabang

Day 4: Luang Prabang – Hanoi (Breakfast)

After breakfast, we visit be free at leisure around before driving to airport for the flight to Hanoi. Pick up to hotel for checking in (Check in at noon time). Free at leisure around and overnight in Hanoi.

Day 5: Hanoi – Halong Bay tour (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Today, after the breakfast at hotel, we will upon arrival Hanoi station, pick up to our office for keeping bags before enjoy a morning coach trip to the eastern of Ha Noi, heading to Halong City with beautiful bay. Enjoy the landscapes of the Red River Delta on the way. Short rest at Hai Duong city before arrival Ha Long. After that, crew welcomes you on Junk and set sail among the Ha Long Bay. Enjoy welcome drink, check-in to your cabin. Lunch with fresh seafood is served at 1:30pm, start a 3.5 hours cruise into mystic Halong Bay to see the amazing karts with different formations, floating fishing villages, with its unique way of life. Then head to Me Cung Cave, strolling around the cave before enjoy swimming, sun bathing at Ti Top beach or climb the peak of the mountain for a breath-taking panorama view. There will be traditional games available for evening entertainment and an informal Vietnamese language lesson. Dinner and overnight on cruise.

Day 6: Halong bay – Hanoi (Breakfast, Lunch)

Today, with an early sunrise breakfast, photo the morning view of bay’s landscape. You will spend the morning cruising. Come back to Halong city for having lunch in the restaurant. After lunch, we will return Hanoi at 17:00. Check in and free at leisure and overnight in Hanoi.

Day 7: Hanoi – City tour (Breakfast, Lunch)

8:00 AM, from your hotel we will discover the most famous historical sites. The first place Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, then the house on stilts from which “Uncle Ho” ruled Vietnam until his death in 1969. We’ll also view the Presidential Palace and One Pillar Pagoda, and the fascinating display of memorabilia in the Ho Chi Minh Museum. Next we visit Hanoi’s first University – the Temple of Literature – dating back to 1070. After that, drive back to Ngoc Son temple situated among the Hoan Kiem Lake. Enjoy the scenery of the lake sides. Finally, enjoy a traditional water puppet music show. Night in Hanoi.

Day 8: Hanoi – Departure (Breakfast)
